All Vintage Cards – Terms and Conditions

All terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

By purchasing the All Vintage Cards Authentication Service, the customer agrees to the following:

1. Service Overview
   The All Vintage Cards Authentication Service provides an expert opinion on the authenticity of trading cards (not autographs or signatures) based solely on images submitted by the customer. Each opinion reflects our expert judgment based on experience and available reference materials.
   
2. Non-Transferability & Use
   The authentication opinion is non-transferable and is intended solely for the original purchaser. Opinions are for informational purposes only and may not be reproduced, published, or distributed without prior written permission from All Vintage Cards.
   
3. Limitations of Service
   Authentication is a subjective process that involves professional judgment. While we strive for accuracy, All Vintage Cards makes no guarantees or warranties that our opinion will align with other third-party grading or authentication services. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use of our opinion in buying, selling, or valuing any item.
   
4. Fees
   The authentication fee is $15 per card. All fees are non-refundable once the order is placed, except in cases where All Vintage Cards is unable to render an opinion due to poor image quality or incomplete submission.
   
5. Submission Requirements
   Each $15 authentication covers a single card. Group submissions or multi-card scans will not be accepted under one order. The opinion rendered will only apply to the card clearly visible in the submitted image.
   
6. Governing Law
   These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. By using our services, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Norfolk County, Massachusetts, and waive any venue objections otherwise available.
