Hey there unfortunately this is a classic example of an aged counterfeit card, so this one is not real. The print on the card is of poor quality as compared to an original Goudey Ruth. The other noticeable marks are the very white spots where the card is creased which indicates that the paper that this card was printed on is not nearly 100 years old but a more modern type of paper. Other confirming steps (but I don't think needed) would be to put the card under blacklight next to an old vintage card. What you would find is that this Ruth card will flouresce under black light due to the brighteners in the paper (a hallmark of modern counterfeit cards).
